Privacy policy

TreasuryQuant ("TreasuryQuant", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 (NDPA).

What we collect

  • Identity details: your name, date of birth, NIN or passport, and the documents you upload for verification.

  • Contact details: your email address and phone number.

  • Financial details: payout bank accounts, deposits, investments, earnings and withdrawals.

  • Device and usage data: the devices you sign in from, IP addresses and security events.

Why we use it

  • To open and secure your account and verify your identity (KYC), as the law requires.

  • To take payments, credit your earnings and pay your withdrawals.

  • To keep the records regulators such as the SEC require.

  • To send you service messages and, if you allow it, news from TreasuryQuant.

Who we share it with

We share data only with providers who help us run TreasuryQuant (payment processors, identity verification, email and cloud hosting) under contracts that protect it, and with regulators or law enforcement when the law requires. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is open. After it closes we keep financial and identity records for as long as the law requires, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account from Settings → Your data in the app. You can also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.
